Dr. Ramsés Fernández Melo is a Board-Certified Neurologist with extensive international experience in neurology, neurosurgery, and clinical research. Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), he has practiced medicine across Cuba, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, and the United States, bringing a truly global perspective to patient care and research.

With a strong foundation in neurosurgery and intensive care medicine, Dr. Fernández has dedicated his career to the diagnosis and management of complex neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders, including movement disorders, epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases, cerebrovascular conditions, chronic pain syndromes, and CNS tumors. He has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications and has received international recognition for his academic and research contributions.

Dr. Fernández currently serves as Principal and Sub-Investigator in multiple Phase I to IV clinical trials, collaborating on studies across a wide range of central nervous system and systemic conditions, reflecting his commitment to advancing innovative therapies and improving patient outcomes through high-quality clinical research.
